You may never get the satisfaction of seeing or even knowing what happens to this guy...and it may not even happen to him during his lifetime. But what goes around comes around (or what comes around goes around...I can't remember which) and his days are numbered. Seems to me that having to go through life as a retarded dumbass (as you describe him) is only the beginning of his bad karma. You'll learn this as you get older, but it's the assholes that seem to live forever...the ones who SHOULD die. I think it's because God doesn't want them, and wants them to suffer on Earth for awhile before they rot in Hell. Of course, I don't know this for sure, but I do know that karma is real and it is on his tail. Unfortunately, we don't always get the satisfaction of knowing exactly how karma will get their asses, but hang in there, and know that it will catch-up to him. We've all been though this shit in one form or another (or at least Sam and I and most of our closest friends have). The best revenge you can get is to be the best person you can and to help as many people in this lifetime as you can. Again, I'm not a hippy...I'm just older, been around the block too many times, and know how some shit plays out in this world.

May 3rd will be a day I've been waiting for for 2 years. I am filled with so much anger, hostility, and vengefulness I don't know what to do with myself anymore. I can't believe the things I have read today. People can hide behind indianapolis star forums and post anonymus comments on the subject but are too scared to post them and reveal who they actually are. Honestly, I don't blame them. I'd like to know who these people are and they should suffer a slow painful death for trying to argue that this situation is less than what it is. The facts are here. Nick Gaunt, Laura Wilcox, Kristin Rice, and Travis Woerner went out, lied to their parents, and 17 year old Nick went and bought Vodka from the liquor store across from the goodwill on US 31. They were all drinking, kristin and travis were in the back without their seatbelts on and laura was in the passenger seat. Supposedly what happened was they were on their way to chicago and laura "bumped nicks arm," (no one would really know that) and they crashed into a steam roller on the Grant Street exit in Gary, Ind. causing travis and kristin to fly out the windshield, kristin dieing on impact and travis dieing a week later only to be announced on the Westfield High School intercom that he didn't make it.

After this happened, I felt it was necessary for them all to be punished. Nick should have been sentenced a LONG time ago, I'm sure laura was punished, and if Kristin and Travis were here they should have been punished too. BUT THEY'RE NOT. It's because Nick Gaunt was too drunk to make a good decision not to drive drunk. Sure they could have taken the keys, but he should have been an adult and said HEY lets not drive 3 hours drunk. That's what happens to people that drive drunk, they go to jail. They DON'T get to go to Ball State, play a little beer pong, feel sorry for themselves, and then eventually, more than 2 years later be punished for it. I personally have no ties whatsoever with Nick and I have seen him, in a crowd of more than 1000 people out and about at lynyrd skynyrd partying it up.

Not only has he killed my friend and Travis but he is STILL a harm to society. He has MORE charges because he was at Ball State, livin it up, and took a stop sign and threw it in someones yard. He then RAN, and when was questioned, gave a fake ID of the name Daniel R. McQuiston.

I know this is a far shot, but just think, what if someone was driving through that intersection at a decent speed and crashed into another car? How can this guy only get 18 months in jail and 18 months of probation? Not only should he get the 16 years for the Class C felonies, but this other charge at Ball State on top of it.

We all drink, at least most of my friends, and I'm sure my friends know that I do not drink and drive. My friends also know that I get very shitty with them if they do. My friend was killed and thrown out of a car and so morbidly torn up they couldn't recognize her, and this guy is out... livin it up... stealing stop signs and playing beer pong. I don't know what to say about any of this anymore. I am absolutely discusted with the justice system. I believe it took my uncle almost 8 DUI's before he was put in jail for good. I'll let all of you read this article and read the forum and make a judgement for yourself. This isn't all I have to say on the subject, but I think if I think about it anymore or read about it anymore I'll end up throwing my laptop out the window and having a mental breakdown.

Things are going better... I got accepted to IUPUI and melissa is moving in July 15th. Chris and I are going to Madball/Terror/100 Demons on thursday in KY... I should have some good pictures for that. I have my orientation tommorrow and then I need to go look for a damn job!!! I just want a stable job... this shit is getting rediculous. I did find a "job," but it was a scam. I had a feeling that it was... and maybe it works for rich college students, but I'm not one of those. I wrote this on myspace about it:

There's only one word for the company, and that is repulsive. If there is one person in the world that deserves to be left alone from faceless deceiving corporations, it's me. I always stick to the fact that if it's too good to be true...then it probably is. But I had to go check out a company that claimed to want to help college students get experience in business, lets them work whenever they want, and payed 15.50 plus commission. Maybe it works for some people, but what I got from the experience was a company that brings in inexperienced people that are vulnerable to brainwashing and so broke that they'll do anything for money.

The experience starts out as such...I get a letter in the mail talking about everything above and to CALL NOW!!! So I'm like ok there's no information about the job... but I asked a brief description when I called, and decided I would find out more details at the interview.

Well, I walk into the interview and there's loud music playing and there are about 5 other people filling out applications. I'm like ok this is weird... but maybe it's just a relaxed office environment. I go into this room of about 20 people watching some movie and it was hot as hell in there and I sat on a really uncomfortable chair for an hour while a man explained the products and pay and blahblahblah. He gave me an essay to fill out about what I liked about the company and so on, and he finally brought me into his office and said I was hired and didn't even read my application or so much as know anything about me.

Yeah...it should have stopped there, but I didn't think that it was a scam. It took me 2 of the 3 days of brainwashing to finally say, ok this is enough. The first day I came home and I was so excited! I was like ok this company is going to give me contacts, I'm gonna go out and sell them crap and I'm going to get big checks... but slowly hour after hour they were revealing the "catches." and it was funny because during training she wouldn't answer any questions until after the session was over and she said "dont ask what if questions because they're negative." So basically, she's saying don't ask any questions that will get everyone else thinking about what a scam this is.

So today, at my second out of 3 days of training... at the end they pass out these forms and say, like we said in the interview there is a refundable deposit that you need to pay for your sample set so that you can go on your appointments. Now..... my ears are up and I wasn't so tired anymore. I was then like oh really... not happening. So I stayed after, and she won't let us ask her any questions out loud. We have to write them on peices of paper and she answers them so no one else can hear. I show her mine and it said "are there any alternatives to the deposit?" and she quickly hands me off to another manager that takes me out of the room and I can tell by his face that he is a disgusting, yuppy scam artist with a spiked haircut and a silk tie. He explains to me that he too had a hard time paying his deposit, but he said he borrowed money from mom and that I should either get 20 bucks from different people and/or get mom or dad's credit card. While doing this he compliments me saying I seem like a sharp little lady and I tell him that I don't think I will be able to borrow any money but I'll see what I can do because by that point I didn't want him to waste a second more of my time. I shake his hand and don't even go back inside to ask any more of my forbidden "what if" 50 questions.

SO, when I got home, I'm thinking to myself... is this a scam, or could I be passing up something really awesome. I call some people and make some appointments with friends like I'm supposed to... while waiting for my mom to call me back and convince me to not follow through with this. I was supposed to call Vector tonight and check in on my progress, and when I called I couldn't hear what she said because she was talking so fast and there were 20 other people talking in the back. So after I get off the phone after asking more questions (I dont even know why I bothered), I want to bash my head into the steering wheel and I call my dad and start crying because I wasted 10 more hours of my time on yet, ANOTHER company that only wanted to suck me dry. Thankfully the internet was made, and I was able to find this website, plus many many more like it that argued the validity of this company. Read all of the petition comments, or google the company for other sites. It really is entertaining. It takes every ounce of my being not to go waste an hour of my time tomorrow printing out this website for everyone and passing them out before everyone walks in the door at 9:45AM.

Give me suggestions on what I should do with my hair. I'm stuck in a rut. cut and color wise... also do you think I should tone my hair? I've almost got all the black out from the bottem... what kind of toner should I use?

The mattress that started it all

The meth lab above me caught on fire and my ceiling in my room caved in. Sweet! I dont wanna be an adult anymore........

yeah so people should come over and help me decorate my new apartment. They gave me a 2 bedroom. ANDDDD

if you watch the 5 oclock news I'll probably be on there in my pajamas with my afro looking really pissed off.

Life is sucking majorly right now..... I can't do anything but laugh.

One man was taken to the hospital this morning after a fire damaged a Northside Apartment complex.

The Indianapolis Fire Department was called to a blaze in the Broad Ripple Village apartments, 5220 Luzzane Lane, at 7:32 a.m., Capt. Gregg Harris said.
Derek Haley said the blaze began in the bedroom of his apartment while he and his girlfriend were sleeping on the living room sofa.
"I threw my girlfriend out and my two dogs," Haley said. "I tried to go back in, but it was way too much."
Haley said he grabbed a fire extinguisher and ran back to try to douse the fire, but the flames were too intense.
"After that it was panic time," he said. "I tried to knock on everyone's door and said it's time to go."
Firefighters administered oxygen to Smidgen, a Beagle-terrier mix. Haley was still searching for Dizzy, an Australian shepherd mix, who ran away as everyone was rushing to safety.
Firefighters rescued two people from a third floor balcony.
Three people were injured, Harris said. Two were treated at the scene; one man was taken to Methodist Hospital, Harris said.
The fire caused $35,000 damage. The cause remains under investigation.

Those people lied about being asleep because they were up all night stomping around their apartment. I finally heard "OH MY GOD Carrie what did you do? Call 911. OH wait we don't have phones." so then I sat up and went FUCK. I of course was naked had to put clothes on and then I called 911 after they started pounding on my door. We all ran out and I bummed a cigarrette off the old man that lives below me. The people said they found tubs of chemicals and tanks of something. I went up in their apt. and took pictures... I also took a picture of their packed bowl they had laying on their tv. I'll post those later. Don't live next to meth heads!
